LAVA has teams that play against other organizations as part of the Anne Arundel County Park and Rec program. 

• Rosters Cap at 12 Players Max
• Age Options: 10U, 12U, 14U, 17U (The County is considering having 17U be COED with up to two boys allowed on the court at 1 time)
• Cost: $175
• Practices will Begin in September and well be held either Tuesday or Thursday evenings at Benfield Sports Complex in Millersville. 
• Practice times and days will be communicated after determining which team player will be on.
• Players will be notified of their team and coach after registration closes 
• Games are typically once a week on Sunday at one of the Anne Arundel County High School gyms. First game is currently scheduled for September 15
• Prior volleyball experience is not required. Players will be assigned to teams and signed up for divisions more tailored to their experience levels. 
• Games will typically run until the end of October
• While we cannot guarantee players will be on the same team as all requested friends, players can make a request on the registration form

VOLUNTEER COACHES

We are looking for Rec Season volunteer coaches! Please indicate during the registration process if you would be willing to volunteer.  Without volunteer coaches, we are more limited on amount of teams we can have as many of our coaches on our staff our coaching High School teams during this time period

Coaches are required to complete a background check and take a couple online training courses
